Shaco Q not counting as Thunderlords proc and not proccing Runic/Luden's Echo

Was shaco's ability to proc thunderlords and runic echoes secretly nerfed? I've read the patch notes for 7.1 multiple times looking for changes on Shaco, but I haven't seen anything. In patch 6.24, Shaco's backstab was able to proc Runic/Luden's Echo with the auto, and now it doesn't seem to do that. In patch 6.24, Shaco's Q-Empowered auto attack into another auto attack and an E would proc thunderlords, but in this patch, i have to add an extra auto attack for the thunderlords to proc. Was Shaco's Q and backstab intentionally changed or is this a bug?
