Bug in champ select

When you pick a champ in new champ select you can see what one player on the enemy team wants to play or is hovering on the first ban for both sides. The banner at the top above the picture will say a name that is currently being hovered on the enemy team. This leads to teams banning the champ or picking it early on the enemy team which is frustrating as well as unhealthy for the game since hovering lets you communicate the comp you'd like to play and this activity is in opposition of hovering any intended pick.
