Bug for items??

Played a game of ranked as Taric and was not able to complete my build for iceborn gauntlet or randuins... i purchased the preliminary items but the fully built items were faded and i was not able to purchase them costing me the ranked game... give me back my lp Riot or fix your shit please.. goddamn.
