4K Screens and LOL Support

I run three 4K Screens and I am having (had) a lot of issues with the following:

1. The interface for the Shop etc becomes tiny and almost unusable
2. If I Load up full screen the game often loads off screen and I cant seem to locate it.
3. In 4K mode running windowed the game loads always 1/2 off screen and between screen 2 & 3
4. In 4K the cursor often disappears due to it being so small. I am sure it is there but in the party fight it is impossible to see
5. In 4K mode the resolution of the cursor seems to be an issue. I click 1cm away from my current position, and no moving there. It seems to think that I am pointing to my original spot. So there is greatly reduced fine movement.
6. A number of the dialog screens just seem at times to randomly load off screen and if they were interactive dialogs ... you are stuck/stalled in game due to your inability to switch them off.

My current fix was to reset to default. Use a less that 4k windowed mode but there are still issues.
