Rune changes from last used

Noticed when I open the game for the first time each day that it says i'm using 1 set of runes, but when I click on edit it show another set. Whenever the game launches it uses another set instead of the 1 I have selected. I can get around this by change it and changing it back or changing it from clicking the edit button and changing the drop down.
