[client] Chat blocking me after calling and takes away call from other players

So i go into a game call mid before anyone else and after calling i get chat blocked While i am blocked other people call mid and take it away i contest that i called it but all 4 people say i haven't called this has happened multiple times around 1 in every 3 champion selects even when playing with friends
