After upgrading my OS to the newest version Mojave voice stopped working. The problem is (most probably) not in my system, as I have checked the system preferences and several other SW that uses the built-in or default microphone.
I have also tried every combination in the voice menu, including changing "Input device" . Completely removing and installing the game didn't help either.
The problem is in the new permission system in the macOS Mojave which requires your permission for the LoL to use your mic (security is the 1st thing for Apple obviously). They need to update it (hoping for this fix in the following 2 patches).
I have the same issue. Man, this is frustrating. I believe Smexhy meant Riot should fix the issue in the coming patches, but it's been at least 2 since the bug came up and still no fix.

Same issue unfortunately hopefully it gets fixed soon, is it possible to switch to an older version of mac?
This may be an unrelated issue, but I can no longer stream with OBS on Mac with the new Mojave OS download. Having an issue with my syphon app. Should I finally just bite the bullet and switch to a windows computer? LOL
