Welcome to EUW, we have one of the largest regions but Riot won't upgrade the servers so every time something comes out the server sets on fire, give it a few hours. [slayer-jinx-unamused]

Yep, can't open the card, so I buy Sett anyways with BE.
Later find out the card was meant to give me Sett for free.

I opened it, but only after purchasing it first with BE, im not sure if it refunded cause i don't know how much i had before since i have over 100k BE but that's how i managed to open the calling card

It happens only on Euw. We all know Euw has the worst servers.
It just gives you the champion.
I'm able to open it and it gave me the shard supposedly but it's not in my inventory...
