Didn't get my Frame/Border for getting ranked silver.

Umm i got ranked silver 2 about the same time as my friend got ranked silver 4 and he has his frame and im yet to have my and the season has been over for a week. Im just wondering why he has his frame and i don't have mine. I waited 2 years to get this frame and was finally sooo exited to be getting a frame finally, only to not get one. Would like to have my silver 2 frame/border so i don't keep getting laughed at when i try to lead in games and ppl laugh at me and say bs and want to argue with me about that then. Im in Wukong's Mercenaries, silver 2 if u want to check. Maybe there was just a problem with that division idk bc i know my friends said he was in something different. Dont remember what it was tho. Anyway I hope this is the place that u report a bug to because i really want this bug/problem resolved. RedBuckeye90
