Rune Page not Popping Up [CLIENT]

After I play my very first league match once I log in, I'll go to my collection, then runes, and then nothing will pop up except the background. To Replicate:

1. Log into League
2. Play a match (Good Luck!)
3. Click the collection tab on your home screen
4. Click runes
5. Witness the lack of rune pages and editing rune pages options
