My club Information is still lost

Like thread title implies, whatever bug happened a while ago that caused owners of some clubs to lose their club data still has not been undone for my account. My clubs name was F99Ts, but all of my club information disappeared.

It has been 2 months since I first posted about this in the boards, and riot still has not fixed the issue.
