Custom Item Sets are Back!!!! But not really
What is the use of bringing the ability to create custom item back if you cant actually create new custom pages!!!!! Seriously riot wtf. Did you even check to see if the shit worked or not.

???? Yes, you can. I just made a bunch of sets myself. It's capped at 20 though. I suggest making pages for archetypes and giving the page to multiple champs. Phreak did a decent vid on it: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=a8JT5uxEQMQ
