100+ LP lost due to bugsplat disconnected and critical errors

I've tried my hardest to climb but for some reason my client crashes atleast once per day, losing me elo over and over due to me not being able to connect at all. It's gotten me to the point where it has placed me in low priority queues that make me wait up to 10+ minutes for a single match for something that's not even my fault. I looked online to try to find answers but apparently I haven't looked hard enough because everything I've done hasn't helped much. I don't understand why Riot punishes people for their clients bugs and problems. If anybody can try to help me fix these crashes I'd be grateful.
