NO TICKET REFUNDS FOR CANCELLED ORB CREATION

As stated in the title, when I selected the good orb under the tickets crafting options, I decided not to craft it, and lost 80 tickets. (That sentence may be a run-on.)

I clicked the little "X" when the bars around the orb filled up (or perhaps while they were filling up) and voila! Gone. This irks me... I worked hard for that money, so you better treat me right...
