[Client] Crashing after games

After every game I've played since the patch I hit continue on the victory/defeat screen and it appears as if i had closed league. When I go to start it up again it gives me the warning saying I am still logged in and asks me to terminate the old one and open a new one. I have to do this and as a result I never see my end of game screen or get the opportunity to honor or report people. This is particularly annoying because I just had a very toxic teemo in game and wanted to report him.
