Game freezing

So,

Since around two weeks, I have been having some terrible troubles. It all starts out fine, I'll start SR and lock in or something. I go into the loading screen and start my game. Around five minutes, it can just freeze. One time it happened while I was swapping Yasuo and Vel'koz in the score board, other times while I was just farming with What happens is that the game seems to freeze. I can do nothing anymore, for some seconds I can try to move my mouse around but this soon stops. I can't do anything else except open task manager and restart or shut off my computer by hand. This is extremely annoying since it happens on a daily basis and has gotten me in some trouble. I have reported this 'bug' for each day now, a week. I am honestly at a loss. My PC is not a gaming computer but I have been playing LOL for around a year now and never have had these types of problems. I have even reinstalled, run several task managers and such but nothing helps. Does anyone have a clue what to do?
