[GAMEPLAY] Death to Fervor

I found, on one noted occasion, that my champion died by Fervor. The Ashe that killed me had never auto attacked me, hit me with an ability, or anything. Regardless, I died to her by 45 damage of Fervor. I do not know what caused this bug, or if anyone else has noticed it, but it was rather frustrating in game to die to a champion that never hit me, when I would have otherwise been executed. I had been standing near Ashe, but don't see how Fervor would do damage just from my standing near her. I was playing Nami, and Ashe's final build was this. I took a screenshot of the death recap. Hopefully this helps you see what could be causing this issue. My apologies for not knowing exactly how to recreate the issue.
