Unable to Remake

Hi Riot, i have played a rank game and my team was unable to do a remake at the 3 min mark and due to a player not being in the game at all.

I need more information why this happened. Because i want my points back do to being unable to remake the game.

Maybe first blood happened before the 3min mark? Before they added the remake function you would've lost ur points anyways so I doubt riot will give you any points.
