[GAMEPLAY] veigar cage had no visual indication from FoW

clearing a ward in brush while Veigar was on the other side of the wall. he cast his Event Horizon, but the visual effects did not appear for me, leaving me stunned with no indication or warning. Using the replay function, this is the viewpoint with FoW toggled for both sides: http://i.imgur.com/cHv7mRu.gifv and another with FoW toggled only for my team: http://i.imgur.com/43R70z0.gifv as you can see, from the Veigar's PoV he places the cage centered around the edge of the wall, which i promptly walk into. however, from my own PoV, the visuals never appeared and I had no indication that their Veigar had placed a cage until the stun reveals him in FoW.
