Tibbers does nothing while Annie is in stasis [Gameplay]

Not 100% sure if it's a bug or not, however evidence leads me to believe that the fact that Tibbers does nothing while Annie is in stasis (via Hourglass in my case) seems like it shouldn't be. You also can't control him (which kind of makes sense if you think of it from an "in the character" type of aspect.

I believe this might be because, if you control Tibbers to a certain area, and there's nothing there, he stands still until you tell him otherwise. I feel as if it should switch to the auto-target mode when you go into stasis, if not, then you should be allowed to control him.

If this isn't a bug, or this is the wrong board to put it on, I apologize in advance and would be grateful if you led me in the right direction.
