[Gameplay] Cassiopeia Wooglet's Witchcap Bug

Kenshin13850··1 votes·210 views

Sorry for no picture.

On twisted treeline, the Wooglet's witchap no longer gives Cassiopeia the bonus 25% AP. It says it gives zero and it does not increase her AP. This is after patch 5.6, so I think it's probably related the AP stacking change they gave her for balancing SR dragon buff.
