Bot game, loss of abilities and auto-attack

Playing Kat in an intermediate bot game, randomly, in the middle of the game, my Q, R, and auto-attack stopped working altogether. When I hit Q and R, I hear the ingame click noise, but the abilities will not cast. Also, I am completely unable to auto-attack. Pressing A and clicking does not work.
