when champions glitch from one side of the map to the other in 1 second

Sometimes when i am playing league, i see the enemy jungler, but i back off before i lose a trade. Then, im in the same area a few minutes later, and the jungler appears top lane at that moment, and i see the jungler where i saw them a few minutes ago, but they also slide top lane. really messses me up because i often burn an ability to try and kill the person because i see them near me, even though they are on the other side of the map.
