[Gameplay] Sejuani's Passive Bug is still around (Material attached)

In the game of Fnatic vs Royal Never Give Up, ChoGath applied stacks of Sejuani's Passive on an enemy target as soon as he uses his "E"-Ability. Sejuani was on the other side of the map and the incident got posted as an article on an E-Sports site. I am sure you already know about this bug, but I wanted to give a heads up, that it is still around due to this day. There are a lot of bugs in the game at the moment. Sej Passive stacks resetting on scuttle when you get it to 4. Maokai Sapling Toss completely failing to cast and still putting it on cooldown. Nami R occasionally completely disappearing after half a second. Invisible veigar event horizon when it's half in a wall.
