Unbanned From A Permanent Ban? Weird Code?

I recently contacted Riot Support to ask them if they could unban one of my accounts. They sent me this email a couple of hours later:

To complete your request, enter the following code into the security dialog:

(5 Digit Code)

I don't know what to do. I can't see a security dialog to enter the code. My account is still permabanned. Where do I even start? Anyone?
