Bug where we cant attack Inhib/turrets/Nexus.

We played an ARAM now(March 1. 2016) where we pushed down the first two towers, but when we came to the Inhib, the health bar was gone and we couldn't attack the Inhib. Later when the minions came they ignored the inhib and went for nexus turrets which we couldn't attacj eighter. This went on for another 20 minutes, our team tried to reconnect but didnt cahnge anything. BUT the enemy team could attack our base and everything.

Has this happend to anyone else?
