New Client Bug

So, happened about twice today, firstly the client won't start up until I restart my laptop which is super annoying. Then, in champ select it let me call my role but as soon as I went to pick a character it just buffered over them. I clicked multiple ones but it did not let me select any. After the timer ran out it showed that all my teammates had left the lobby. I tried to press quit but it told me I would get a time penalty. I force quit it and now it just won't reopen. Anyone else facing issues like this??
