[GAMEPLAY][TFT] Ashe(or maybe other glacial champions) can have a frozen mallet in her inventory

Ashe is already a glacial champion. If a frozen mallet is made on her inventory, it should be bounced back to my inventory. I have already played TFT for likely 100 games and won over 15 games. Each time I made BoRK on assasins, Knights' vow on knights, etc, it bounced back. Only this time on Ashe, it doesn't. I suppose it's a bug.

Action sequence:

1. Ashe has a Giant belt originally.
2. I gave a spatula to Ashe.
3. Ashe now has a frozen mallet on her, which shouldn't happen.

TFT doesn't have replay system so I don't have a video support.
