Nothing happens while in--game

So I just got into a game not too long ago and I've been having issues where the game just stops. The time still goes and the idle animations play for all the visible characters and minions play but I can't move or do anything I reconnected 3 times so far and I've still had the same issue. I can also move the mouse and open the store and when I try to move, the champions voice goes but no one moves.
