about punishment
I just got a problem in directx and had to update due to this I could not in enter in game and got punishment of 5min queue ,can it be removed my intension isnot that leaving game it just happened by pc fauilt

The game cant tell the difference between an intentional and an unintentional leave so it treats both the same way. The punishment wont be lifted.
