Mastery stuck on showing me progress to Mastery 3.

Aside from champs with 7 6 and 5, on my champions that I have Mastery 4 on, waiting to get 5 on, the bar is stuck showing me: xxx amount of champion points / out of 6600 points. In the old collection tab, it would show me my progress from 4 to 5. Is this intentional?
