Glitched menu

I don't know why it happens, but after I left a match because Riot servers had connection problems, I went and restarted in the computer. Then I go to play but it doesn't give me the option to reconnect so I'm cool with it, then I invite some friends to play and then they tell me to accept the match, but in my screen it looks like we are still looking for matches, and I got penalized for it, for not accepting the matches when it was a Riot bug, so I closed the client and opened it again and we start all over, we go starting the lobby, the found a match but it didn't appear in my screen so again I got penalized for it and I can't play for 15 mins. It's not my fault the servers or something are not working properly because it is not my signal that has problems. I hope that you guys can help me because it is unfair and kinda annoying. Thanks.
