Game crash after end game 6.16

before 6.16 the game crashed every now and again after clicking continue at the end of game screen. since playing on 6.16 patch for the benefit of the doubt it has crashed all but one time. i have tried looking for other threads about this but most are out of date. wondering if someone could point me in the right direction to solve this problem??
