Glacial Augment bug

I mean, thats pretty tilting that this bug is going on for few weeks already. (Whatever rune pages u choose, u end up with random Inspiration page) I've seen this bug for few weeks already, and thats feelsbadman to have glacial augment on jarvan.

and losing LP and getting flamed for it in ranked feels unfair. Any1 else experienced it before?
