[GAMEPLAY] Kennen's w passive is procced on blue trinket wards

When Kennen has max stacks on his w and he attacks a ward placed by the upgraded blue trinket, his w passive is proc'd.

1. Get full charges on Kennen's w
2. Have an enemy use a fully upgraded blue trinket
3. Attack the ward

This seems to happen 100% of the time a Kennen attacks a blue trinket's ward. Have tested 3 times.
