[gameplay] charming jungle creeps

While clearing jungle camps as ahri , after the 2nd time charming a mob it resets and gets a chunk of health back before getting it to register in combat again to stop the hp regen. It doesnt get charmed past its leash point, this is happened while standing in its immediate spawn point.
