Left mouse click not working in game. No icon - no shop, no ability

Not sure if this is a game bug as rest of my team was ok. But I did not have any mouse icon on LOL screen.

Could not select anything connected to left click ie store, ability I could move using right click but as there was no hand icon it wasn't specific just a general direction from moving my mouse

When I alt ed out I had my normal mouse icon and full control for my comp so was just in League. When I re-entered the game it was restored as per usual

Anyone else had this issue?
