I JUST bought the teemo panda skin a few hours ago. I purchased the skin without any problems, but when I go to use it in game it says "this skin is disabled"
I dont know if this skin has been bugged for long, or just recently because of the new patch, but is anyone else having this problem? any news on how long until this skin is fixed?

I'm not sure about the whole world, but in NA Panda Teemo was disabled by Riot temporarily due to, "an in-game bug". They disabled him last Wednesday. As for you buying the skin and not being able to use it, I'm not sure why they would keep the skin up on the store if they had temporarily disabled it. Teemo's Shrooms weren't working with Panda skin, no pop so no damage as far as I've heard. They could also be attacked with skills. So I'd say wait patiently for it if you prefer to have an ult. xD I believe the current live maint in NA is probably addressing it.
