item bug (ravenous Hydra)

in the game i just played every time i bought ravenous it would be deleted from my items and i would loss the gold. so it basically bought the item and then deleted it and the same happened every time i bought tiamat. i bought tiamat 4 time and lost it and bought ravenous 2 times and it got deleted.

Lol... this patch is even more horridly rushed than some of the other extremely horrendous ones.

This entire forum is filled with a myriad of game-breaking bugs. League of Bugs anyone?

Same over here... was playing with shyvana, bought titanic hydra.. and it just disappeared
