Darius Q damage

Was in a game with Darius after the patch and my Q was literally doing zero damage to the Garen I was fighting and next to no damage to minions. It still applied the heal and bleed debuff from hitting with the blade yet there was no damage to speak of. Garen was even nice enough to stand still and test this damage theory, making sure I hit him at the very edge of the attack to get the blade damage he took zero damage until the bleed applied. Even then it was just the bleed damage, none of the damage from the hit.
