[GAMEPLAY] Controls not working properly

I started a 5v5 summoner's rift match to quickly find that my controls were not working properly. Specifically, I found 2 issues. First to get the left click to register properly, I had to double click everything. However, this was registered as a double click, not a single click. For example, in the Store if you double click an item, you buy it, whereas if you single click, it should just show the item info. The second issue I had was that the screen would not move. That is when my cursor reached the edge of the screen, the position on the map did not change. It was almost as if the screen was locked, except that I couldn't turn it off, and it did not follow my champion (Fiddle) as I moved.

The way I rectified the issue was I manually turned off my computer and restarted it (probably not the safest thing to do). When I was finally able to log back on, my controls were working normally. However there was only about 2 minutes left in the match because the enemy team decided to surrender.

Unfortunately, I can't really give any more information how to reproduce the issue. Hopefully if others are having the same sort of issue, some computer science genius at Riot can figure out the problem.
