Lissandra laging near minion

I play lissandra and i see that when you are near minion she top moving or laging like shes moving zone is to large to its interfere witht he one of the minion.. should be the glace what make her move.. sometime its slow u or just stop u moving so its can cancel what u were trying to do kill minion or do damage to the ennemy

I'm gonna go on a limb here and guess that you speak french considering you said glace instead of ice If you do, post whatever it is that you're trying to say in french and I'll translate because this is just.... Hum... well...
