[GAMEPLAY] Changed masteries, but still remained the same.

I had a game with Hecarim at the Twisted treeline before the update (normal blind). I logged after the patch and went in 5v5 ranked. Before the second lock I changed my masteries ( from 0-18-12 stormraider's to 12-18-0 thunderlord's--- I refer them SR and TL). I picked Lux, locked, changed runepage, and went in game. On the loading screen there was a SR icon. And in the game, it worked like the SR. When we finished the game there was no popup question, "if I would like to save.." So I find it strange. I had another game, I triple checked the masteries before the loading screen, and exactly the same thing happened. I only have 1 mastery page, and I change and save it before the game. Now I feel the game is unplayable at the moment.
