[GAMEPLAY] Urgot Bug - R got canceled for no reason

I got this bug where urgot's ultimate got canceled for no reason. Usually it stays like this until urgot dies or even stay for the entire game. I'm not sure how it occurs, because it happens quite randomly, but it might occur because of: flash + R, OR buying mercurial scimitar, OR use R immediatelly right after urgot encounter enemy, OR using battlecast skin, OR getting stunned once. So here's how it happens in my recent game:

1. Try to ult Swain
2. Swain uses Nevermove
3. Urgot's R got canceled
4. I couln't use urgot's ultimate again to anyone for the entire game, his R just broke, it wouldn't swap
5. lose the game

PLEASE FIX THIS BUG ALREADYYYYYYYYY ITS BEEN AGES. MOVE YOUR ASS AND WORK OUT THIS BUG YOU INCOMPETENT PIECE OF SHIT. I'VE BEEN LOSING MANY TIMES BECAUSE OF THIS ONE BUG. WHAT'S SO HARD ABOUT FIXING 1 FUCKING BUGGGGGGGGGG??????????????????????????????????????????????????????? IT'S SO IRRITATING ARGHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH JUST DELETE THE CHAMP ALREADY IF YOU, INCOMPETENT BASTARD COULDN'T FIX THIS FFS MAN, STOP MAKING NEW SKIN FOR AN INSTANCE AND GET YOUR BRAIN (IF YOU HAVE ANY THAT IS) ON THE GAMEPLAY MECHANICS AND BUGS.
