Jhin Ult Bug

I wish I could've recorded it, but I was playing a ranked 5v5 game. Whenever I would ult, camera zooms out, then I go to shoot, most of the shots went right through the champ. I believe I was up against an Ahri, and it also happened against Diana. They start moving weird, and the shots are either missing, hitting them and not registering or showing a indication, or they are 'sliding' through the shots. Walk animations seemed to stop for them while the bullet came at them.
