Item Sets disappear after closing client

When I close my LoL game and client, the next time I load the game, my item sets disappear, regardless of an update or not in between. I understand these are stored locally, but I'd rather they weren't deleted or moved eveytime I load the game. I'm trying to learn items/builds, and item sets have been useful, for the couple games I can use them before they're gone...
