[GAMEPLAY] Hovering over portrait messes with Jinx ult

Basically when you are smart casting and you hover over Jinx's portrait while using her ult, it shoots it off in a random direction (as shown in the video). It's a fairly simple bug (I assume it's a bug) to recreate:
- Move around as Jinx
- Hover over her portrait and shoot your ult
- Ult will probably shoot off in a random direction
- Ult will (most of the time) keep shooting in the same direction until you move again Interestingly enough, this doesn't happen to her W even though that is also a skillshot.
Edit: I tested it out on the other ADCs with global ults: Ashe: Hovering over portrait shoots it forward if standing still and backwards if moving Ezreal: Same as Ashe Jinx: Fires in a random direction when hovering over portrait Draven: Same as Jinx
