[GAMEPLAY] TF Ultimate Bug

If you're not seeing what's happening, I leveled up the ult and then used it almost immediately, and even the second part of it, all while gaining no vision.

I have hundreds of TF games with multiple skins and this is the first time this has ever happened to me.
