[GAMEPLAY] Kindred's Mounting Dread and Lamb's Respite bug

A few hours ago I was playing a ranked game with and found out this bug:

I used my Lamb's Respite (R) and then my Mounting Dread (E) and tried to apply some stacks but I couldn't. You can see the bug starting from 11 minutes 30 seconds in the replay where and try to dive .
