[CLIENT] Disconnecting multiple times per game, internet is fine with other apps and browsers

Since the last patch LOL and TFT have become unplayable for me. The game disconnects multiple times per game; however, some games it doesn't disconnect at all. Reconnects can take a long time. If I open up an internet browser while disconnected from League it loads quickly and internet speed is over 100Mb/s download and 10Mb/s upload on bandwidth place speed tester (HTML test).

Specs: ASUS ROG GL553VE Windows 10 i7 Intel Nvidia GTX 1050 Ti 16MB RAM 1TB HDD and 250GB SSD

Steps I have taken:

  1. Disabled Peer to Peer downloads in Settings
  2. Updated Network adapters from Device Manager

Any help appreciated.

I don't dare try a game right now, I guess. I am having issues with the main homepage loading within the game launcher, the store, and I opened a loot capsule and it gave me some sort of loot, but wouldn't show what it was. Stuff just plain not loading. When I first tried to log in, it said the server was down, also.

My game has been freezing since this new patch and I already received a leaverbuster. I sent in a ticket at 6 this morning and still no reply. I see that this is becoming more common here in the forums now, wtf is riot doing?
